中国国投国际贸易有限公司(简称“国投贸易”)是国家开辟投资团体有限公司(简称“国投团体”)全资子公司，是国投团体介入“一带一路”倡议、办事国计民生的平台，是国投团体贸易营业投资运营的成长平台。

China SDIC International Trade Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as SDIC Trade) is a wholly-owned subsidiary as well as a platform for international trade of the State Development and Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as SDIC). It is affiliated to the SDIC’s financial services and other services industry segments, one of the three strategic business units of the SDIC.

Founded in 1984, SDIC Trade has a registered capital of 2.06 billion RMB, total asset of 19.6 billion RMB, annual revenue of nearly 45 billion RMB, and international trade volume of over US>2.5billion. SDIC Trade has 21 wholly-owned or holding subsidiaries. Since 1999, SDIC Trade has been accredited with titles of “Top 500 Import and Export Enterprises in China”, “Top 500 Service Industry Enterprises in China”, “Responsible Business of Beijing”, “Model Responsible Business of Beijing”, as well as the “National Responsible Business” for four consecutive years.
