Wuchan Zhongda International Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 1999, with the registered capital of 1.293 billion RMB yuan. The company is mainly engaged in the business of bulk products such as steel, iron ore and non-ferrous metals. It is also involved in engineering project distribution, electromechanical equipment, auto parts and other business fields.
In 2022, the company achieved an operating revenue of 145 billion RMB yuan, with sales of steel products 31.7 million tons, iron ore 14.16 million tons, and total export-import volume 7.8 billion US dollars. It has maintained a leading position among provincial Import and export enterprises in Zhejiang for many years.
The company’s controlling shareholder, Wuchan Zhongda Group Co., Ltd., is a state-owned enterprise under the supervision of Zhejiang Provincial Government and one of the large-scale supply chain service integrators for bulk commodities in China. Since 2004 it has been in the first two places of Top 100 Enterprises in Zhejiang Province and honorably rated as a double AAA credit enterprise. Since 2011 it has been successively listed on Fortune Global 500 (ranking 170th in 2021).
