中国中轻国际工程有限公司(CLIEC) 即原中国轻产业北京设想院，建立于1953年1月。2000年10月成为交中心治理的大型科技型设想企业，2001年2月更名为中国轻工国际工程设想院，2003年1月改制更名为中国轻鑫工程有限义务公司，2004年4月更名为中国中轻国际工程有限公司。现为国务院国资委监管的中心企业“中国保利团体有限公司”的部属企业。
中轻国际是以征询、设想、监理、项目治理、工程总承包为主体营业的大型工程公司，具有收支口企业资历证书；轻纺全行业、化工石化医药行业（化工工程）、市政行业（排水工程、情况卫生工程）、农林行业（林产化学工程）、修建行业（修建工程）和情况工程专项（水净化防治工程、大气净化防治工程）设想甲级天资；城乡计划、商物粮行业、化工石化医药行业（生化、生物药、化学质料药）、电力行业（火力发电）、建材行业（新型修建材料工程）、市政行业（给水工程、城镇燃气工程、热力工程）和情况工程专项（固体废物处置处置工程）设想乙级天资；机电工程施工总承包和修建装潢装修工程专业承包贰级天资；修建工程施工总承包、冶金工程施工总承包、石油化工工程施工总承包及环保工程专业承包叁级天资；工程监理、工程造价甲级天资；压力容器、压力管道设想答应证以及工程征询资信甲级证书。

China Light Industry International Engineering Co., Ltd. (CLIEC),the former "China National Beijing Contracting & Engineering Institute of Light Industry", was established in January 1953.
It became a large-scale scientific and technological engineering enterprise managed by the central government from October 2000, renamed China Light Industry International Engineering Design Institute in February 2001, restructured and renamed China Qing Xin Engineering Co., Ltd. in January 2003 and finally renamed China Light Industry International Engineering Co., Ltd. in April 2004. Now CLIEC is a subsidiary of China Poly Group Limited, a central enterprise supervised by the SASAC.
CLIEC is a large engineering company , with business focused on consulting, design, supervision, project management, and general engineering contracting. CLIEC has certificate of import and export enterprise, A-level qualification of design for the entire light industry and textile industry, chemical industry, petrochemical industry and pharmaceutical industry (chemical engineering), municipal industry (drainage engineering, environmental sanitation engineering), agriculture and forestry industry (forestry chemical engineering), construction industry (construction engineering) and special environmental engineering (water pollution prevention engineering, air pollution prevention engineering), B-level qualification in urban and rural planning, commercial food industry, chemical industry、petrochemical industry and pharmaceutical industry (biochemical, biological drugs, chemical raw materials), electric power industry (thermal power generation), construction materials industry (new construction materials engineering), municipal industry (water supply engineering, town gas engineering, thermal engineering) and environmental engineering (solid waste treatment and disposal engineering) design, 2nd -level qualification for general contracting of mechanical and electrical engineering construction and professional contracting of building decoration and fitting-out engineering,the 3rd-grade qualification of general contracting of construction engineering, general contracting of metallurgical engineering, general contracting of petrochemical engineering and professional contracting of environmental protection engineering,also the first-grade qualification of engineering supervision and engineering cost; the design license of pressure vessel and pressure pipeline and the first-grade certificate of engineering consulting credit.

More than 700 employees, including 2 national design masters, 3 experts enjoying special government allowances, and 6 design masters in the light industry; 58 professor-level senior engineers, 156 senior engineers, 231 national registered engineers of various disciplines, and 47 general contracting project managers.

CLIEC has provided consulting, engineering, project management, and general contracting services for more than 5,000 clients in China and more than 60 large and medium-sized projects in more than 20 countries, and has established substantial cooperation and business relations with more than 300 famous large companies in domestic and international.

CLIEC has won more than 560 awards at the ministry (committee) level or above, including 71 national awards for excellent design, consulting, and scientific and technological progress, and has a total of 134 patents, including 35 invention patents.
