Established in 1998, Zhijia Tool & Die Co., Ltd. (ZTD called in short) has grown to one of the best Chinese tool suppliers. Plant location in DongGuan, China, ZTD exports 90% tools to Europe and North American Market. ZTD focuses on tooling manufacturing only for automotive metal stamping parts. We are familiar with the OEM criteria from Daimler, BMW, Audi,Volkswagen, Toyota,Nissan,Ford,GM,Honda and FCA ect.
ZTD has 250 employees, including 50 tool designers who are proficient in design software with very deep knowledge for Springback control. With 70 experienced toolmakers, we are specialized to build dies for aluminum parts and high strength part, many parts with strength 980 DP Mpa. We supplied tools & dies for 230 parts yearly to America & Europe customers, covering automotive structure & connection, CCB, chassis, seating, suspension system, exhaust pipe, brake system etc..
