        我公司具有一支经历丰富的设想研讨队伍，现有职工240人，其中具有教授级高工、高级工程师56人，各类国家注册师66人，归国留学职员、国务院特贴专家、中青年科技带头人20人。现有采矿、选矿、热工、修建、结构、总图、路桥、计划、供配电、给排水、仪表自动化、采暖空调、防水材料、环保、装备、概预算、技术经济和非金属矿研讨开辟等专业。具有满足非金属矿工程实验、研讨、物化检测的装备、仪器。技术装备精巧，设想手段先辈，CAD利用率达100％，具有综合性的工程设想才能和科研气力。理化检测中心已获得中国国家认证认可监视治理委员会计量认证证书。
       我公司以非金属矿工程技术办事、装备成套工程集成办事和功用矿物材料产业为三大焦点板块营业。公司具有三个研发基地，苏州基地设有：3000平方米科研大楼、3000平方米的中试车间、6个尝试室（情况材料、电子材料、防水材料、药用材料、资本综合操纵、功用填料）、7条中试线（凝胶材料、干法提纯、粘土矿物加工、湿法超细破坏、煅烧纯化、概况改性、石墨材料）、1个理化检测中心、1个大学科研讲授基地，设置有300余台套实验检测装备。公司建立以来，承当了国家“八五”～“十三五”科技攻关项目、国家“863”计划、国家技术开辟研讨专项资金项目、中俄、中葡、中芬等政府间国际科技合作项目30余项；国内外各类工程项目标研讨开辟、工程征询、设想9000多项，前后有100多项工程项目获国家、省（部）级、市级优异设想奖，50多项科研功效获国家、省（部）、市级科技进步奖，完成国家级严重研发项目21项，具有专利、公用技术累计56项，编制订正国家、行业标准44项。2001年起持续4年被评为江苏省文化单元，持续8年被评为苏州市文化单元，具有杰出的社会效益和经济效益。
