　山东宏泰科技有限公司建立于2004年3月25日，注册资金2600万元。企业前后被评为高新技术企业、瞪羚企业、省专精特新企业、省新材料领军企业、省办事型制造树模企业、镁及镁合金国际标准研制试点企业，设有山东省首批院士工作站、山东省大直径变形镁合金工程技术研讨中心、山东省企业技术中心、山东省一企一技术中心、国际标准研制创新树模基地等声誉。公司位于山东沂源经济开辟区，占地26000㎡，厂房面积7000㎡。牢固资产1.5亿元，近几年获得了杰出的经济与社会效益。


　　公司产物所属技术范畴为新材料，首要生产镁、铝、锌合金牺牲阳极防腐系列产物、高压铸造产物、镁合金材料及深加工产物及稳压电流庇护产物。防腐系列产物年可生产6000吨，首要利用于石油管道、自然气管道，桥梁、口岸、船舶、海底管线、钻井平台的阴极庇护。高压铸造产物年可生产2000吨，首要为电力金具、汽车配件系列产物。镁合金材料及深加工产物年可生产5000吨，首要为镁合金管、棒、型、线材，轧制镁合金板、带材，铸造镁合金部件，其塑性变形产物及其二次变形产物普遍利用于汽车、3C、军工和航空航天等产业范畴。

　　公司技术气力薄弱，装备精巧，生产工艺先辈，并具有专业设想、开辟的技术队伍，检测装备齐全，检测技术先辈，检测手段完善。公司建立健全了一整套科学完整的生产治理系统、质量保证系统和企业标准系统，前后经过了ISO9001:2015质量治理系统认证、ISO14001:2015情况治理系统认证及ISO45001:2018职业健康平安治理系统。产物经过了DNV、BV、CCS等国际著名船级社检测认证，企业经过了DNV形式认证、标准化杰出行为4A确认。公司介入起草及订正国际标准1项、国家标准5项、行业标准3 项，2013年被全国有色金属标准化技术委员会授与“国际标准研制创新树模基地”称号。产物远销美、德、法、韩等几十个国家和地域，深受国内外客户的喜爱。

　　公司是中国科学院陆地研讨所青岛市陆地情况腐蚀与防护重点尝试室研发基地、中国科学院陆地研讨所中日陆地腐蚀情况配合研讨中心生产基地。2010年被沂源县政府列为十家高长大企业之一。企业比年获得“消耗者满足单元”，“科技进步先辈企业”，“平安生产先辈企业”，“诚信树模单元”，“纳税先辈企业”等声誉称号。

Shandong Hongtai Science and Technology Co., Ltd was founded in 2004, Hongtai is a professional company manufacturing series products of corrosion resistance by using the patent technology awarded the Second Prize of the National Science and Technology Progress, which was invented by Mr. Hou Baorong, academician of the China Engineering Academy. With fixed assets of 20 million RMB, the company is staffed with 166 employees one of whom is an academician, three are experts enjoying State Council Allowance and 9 are doctors or post doctors. With a technical team accounting for 25% of the staff members, technical strength of the company is very strong. In 2007, the company witnessed a sales income of 80 million RMB and a profit tax of 11 million RMB. Hongtai has become one of the high-tech enterprises at the provincial level.

Holding company of Hongtai is Yiyuan Electric Industry Group with fixed assets of 580 million RMB at present and a sales income of 680 million RMB and a profit tax of 70 million RMB in 2007. Held by this group, commercial background resources of Hongtai are both strong and extensive.

Presently, major products of Hongtai cover over 300 varieties such as sacrificial anodes of aluminum base, zinc base and magnesium base; zinc-ribbon anode, bracelet anode, high silicon cast-iron anode, pure iron anode, MMO anode, test pile and reference electrode, etc., all of which have passed the ISO 9001 2000 certification and the aluminum anode has passed the inspection certification by Rolls Britain, the most authoritative company in the world. And, the most advanced test equipment in the world purchased by the company is now in operation, therefore Hongtai has in hand the golden key to the EU market. Ever since its foundation, Hongtai has won trusts and supports from the customers with constant product quality and performance together with honesty and good faith. In addition, Hongtai has been defined as the key R&D base for Oceanic Environment Corrosion Protection and Control for Qingdao City and the production base of the Sino-Japan Oceanic Corrosion environment research center.

In order to increase the in-house innovation capability, to expand the enterprise scale, to sharpen its edge of market competition and to broaden the sales channel, Hongtai has newly purchased 50 mu of land in the Economic Development Area of Yiyuan and launched the production of a new type of serried product of PTC invented by academician Mr. Hou Baorong for splash zone of oceanic steel and iron equipment, which is highly commented by Mr. Zeng Peiyan, vice premier of the State Council and Mr. Chen Zhili, state councilor. As a leading technology globally, it has been ranked as the priority project for extension by the Ministry of Science and Technology. Another new type of product by Hongtai is series product of anti-corrosion paintings of DNT Resiguard concrete serried by using the key laboratory technology of the Japanese DNT Corporation and the Chinese Academy of Science for Shandong Corrosion Science. This kind of product boasts huge market potential, broad prospect and very high economic and social benefits.
