Established on Aug 6, 2019, Shandong Port Group Co Ltd (SPG) is a provincial State-owned enterprise. Its headquarters is located in Qingdao, Shandong province.
SPG comprises four major port groups: Qingdao Port Group, Rizhao Port Group, Yantai Port Group and Bohai Bay Port Group. Qingdao Port (601298.SH, 06198.HK), Rizhao Port (600017.SH), and Rizhao Port Jurong (6117.HK) are listed companies.山东省口岸团体有限公司是省属国有重要主干企业，建立于2019年8月6日，总部位于山东青岛。具有青岛港团体、日照港团体、烟台港团体、渤海湾港团体四大口岸团体，青岛港（601298.SH，06198.HK）、日照港（600017.SH）、日照港裕廊（6117.HK）三家上市公司，投控、港湾扶植、物流、航运、邮轮文旅、装备、贸易、科技、外洋成长、职教、医养、办事成长等十多个板块团体。今朝，构成了“以青岛港为龙头，日照港、烟台港为两翼，渤海湾港为延展，各板块团体为支持，众多本地港为依托”的一体化协同成长格式，共有21个首要港区、360余个生产性泊位、330余条集装箱航线。
团体自建立以来，果断贯彻落练习近平总书记“加倍重视经略陆地”“加速扶植天下一流的陆地口岸”重要指示精神，对峙合作、协力、合心，一体化鼎新顺遂完成整合使命，周全开启融分解长新阶段。聚焦打造国际领先的聪明绿色港、物流关键港、金融贸易港、产城融合港、邮轮文旅港，紧扣口岸主业高效成长、依托口岸上风放大成长、跳出口岸窠臼创新成长，加速山东半岛天下级口岸群扶植，出现出“时代楷模”——“连钢创新团队”等一多量先辈典型，企业整体合作力和综合影响力明显提升。2022年，货物吞吐量冲破16亿吨，同比增加7.7%；集装箱量冲破3700万标箱，同比增加9.4%。
安身新成长阶段，山东省口岸团体将对峙以习近平新时代中国特点社会主义思惟为指导，认真贯彻党的二十大精神，锚定“走在前、开新局”，对峙工具双向互济、陆国内外联动，纵深推动一体化鼎新，加速转型成长、高质量成长，周全办事融入新成长格式、黄河流域生态庇护和高质量成长等国家计谋，加速扶植“港通四海、陆联八方、口碑全国、照映全球”的天下一流陆地口岸。
The group operates in 12 sectors, including investment and control, port construction, logistics, shipping, cruise tourism, equipment, trade, technology, overseas development, vocational education, healthcare, and service development.
SPG has established an integrated and coordinated development pattern that has Qingdao Port as the main force, Rizhao Port and Yantai Port as supporting wings, Bohai Bay Port as an extension.
Additionally, the group operates 21 main port areas, over 370 production berths, and 340 container shipping routes.
Since its establishment, SPG has been firmly implementing the instructions of Xi Jinping, the General Secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, regarding "prioritizing ocean development" and "accelerating the construction of world-class maritime ports".
SPG is presently focused on building internationally leading smart and green ports, logistics hub ports, financial and trade ports, urban-industrial integration ports, and cruise tourism ports.
By leveraging port advantages for development and embracing innovative approaches, SPG breaks away from the limitations of traditional port operations. Notably, the group has been accelerating the construction of the Northeast Asia shipping hub and has established numerous advanced models, such as the "Lian Gang Innovation Team". This has greatly enhanced the overall competitiveness and comprehensive influence of the enterprise.
SPG had in 2023 achieved a cargo throughput exceeding 1.7 billion metric tons and a container volume exceeding 40 million TEUs (twenty-foot equivalent units).
Moving forward, SPG will adhere to the guidance provided in the Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, strive to open up new horizons, adhere to two-way integration of the east and west, and promote internal and external cooperation between land and sea.
The group's primary goal is to develop a world-class port cluster, with a strong emphasis on building a top-notch, comprehensive service system for supply chains centered around ports.
