Jiangsu Chengfei New Material Technology Co., Ltd. is one of China's largest privately owned manufacturers that is specialized at research, production and sales of precision stainless steel strip or coil, titanium alloy and high-temperature alloy. Covering an area of 115,005 square meters with a floorage of 76,550 square meters, it currently has 235 staffs. The Company adopts the world’s most advanced techniques and equipment for production. We have such advanced production equipment as Sendzimir 20 roll mill units with flatness control systems, tension straightening unit, high precision slitters, precision roll grinder, continuous bright annealing furnaces, tension annealing unit for TA material and so forth. It has an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons of precision alloy strip. We produce ultra-thin, super-hard and super-flat materials featuring varying grades, hardness level, surface status or special requirements with thickness ranging from 0.03 mm to 1.0 mm and width ranging from 5mm to 650 mm. Our main products are SUS300 and SUS400 series precision stainless steel strip, titanium alloy, high-temperature alloy strip. Our products are widely applied in such fields as aviation, aerospace, consumer electronics, photovoltaic industry, superconducting cable industry, nuclear power, sea water desalination, medical apparatus and instruments, automobile components, household appliance, chemical devices and so on.
Based on working on precision stainless steel strip, the company also has been optimizing titanium alloy and high-temperature alloy materials. It has grown into a company of new materials with unique product characteristics; and it has built its industrialized base of high-performance metal precision strip materials and research and development center in Jiangsu Province.
The company will increase its input to research and development of new products. It has successfully developed precision modeling technique for high-performance metal thin foil used for aerospace, constructed the research center and production base of new high-performance precise foil and provided qualified materials for precise foil-used industries and aerospace industry.
Since its establishment, the company has been actively propelling university-industry-research cooperation by establishing Jiangsu Precision Metal Strip Engineering Research Center,Provincial Metal Precise Strip Project Technology Research Center and Jiangsu Academician Workstations and so on.
