Shenzhen Titan Micro Electronics Co.,Ltd.(here after“Titan”) was established in 2003 based in Ziguang Information Port of North District, High-tech Industrial Park, Nanshan District, Shenzhen city. Titan is a comprehensive national high-tech enterprise specialized in integrated circuit (IC) design, integrated circuit packaging and testing, semiconductor equipment manufacturing and industrial marketing.

Titan is pursuing continuous innovation to meet customer’s needs, and more than 1000 users are choosing Titan’s products including LED/LCD drivers, power management products, intelligent sensors and signal processing product. These products are widely used in industrial automation, LED high-end city lightening, smart home, Internet of Things(IoT) and automotive electronics.

Titan's IC packaging and testing business mainly covers the packaging and testing of metal-frame and substrate products which covering advanced and traditional packaging. Semiconductor Equipment Manufacturing Sector includes the production and sales of the automatic plastic molding machine, automatic singulation machine, package molding die, automatic testing and taping(turret type) machine, automatic wafer probe station, integrated circuit testing machine and other products; Meanwhile this Sector supports the packaging and testing company in the whole plant construction and technical services.
