Incorporated in Junuary of 2009 after merged with Fujian Tiancheng Holdings Corp., Ltd.,China (Fujian) Foreign Trade Centre (Holdings) CO., LTD.,formerly known respectively as Fujian Foreign Trade Bureau, Fujian Foreign Trade General Company, and China (Fujian) Foreign Trade Centre (Holdings), is a large provincial solely state-owned foreign trade group with 35 domestic subsidiaries, 4 overseas branches in Hongkong, Japan, Holland, Nigeria, over 5000 staff members and a registered capital of 1.16 billion RMB. In addition, the Group owns one listed company and holdshares another, reaching total assets of 5 billion RMB, and net assets of 2.5 billion RMB.
